Deep-drawn parts for the aerosol industry

Sector solutions for the aerosol industry

Over 50 years ago, Euscher was the first manufacturer in Europe to produce metal valve discs for the aerosol industry – and we have continuously developed and perfected this expertise over the last few decades.

Whether for deodorants, construction foam, spray cream, hairspray, car paint, shaving foam, gas cartridges, brake cleaner or candle wick holders, we use state-of-the-art deep-drawing technology to manufacture the exact sheet metal and aluminium valve discs you need for your products. Maintaining the tightest tolerances for all parts to ensure perfect functionality and precise dosing has long since ceased to be a challenge for us – the same applies to special requirements such as threaded valve discs, which we produce using modern transfer presses. You can also benefit from other advantages of working with us, such as excellent cost efficiency and your corporate contribution to sustainability through the use of fully recyclable materials.

Use of deep-drawn parts in the aerosol industry – the advantages

Sustainability

At a time when sustainability and the careful use of resources are becoming increasingly important, deep-drawn metal parts offer an environmentally friendly product option. The materials we use are fully recyclable and retain their quality and properties.

Cost efficiency

The deep-drawing process enables efficient mass production, which can sustainably reduce overall production costs and therefore also the costs for price-sensitive end consumers. Manufacturers also benefit from a high level of planning and costing certainty.

Adaptability

Thanks to our decades of experience in the production of precision deep-drawn parts such as valve discs for the aerosol industry, we are able to react quickly to production-relevant adjustments such as tolerance, dimensional or size changes.

Precision and quality

Our deep-drawn components for aerosol products are characterised by maximum precision and exceptional quality. The result is reliable parts that are perfectly matched to further processing and guarantee smooth functionality.

Aerosol – a head start with deep-drawing technology

The use of precision deep-drawn metal parts for aerosol products, as introduced by Euscher within Europe in the 1950s, remains a key driver of innovation and progress across the industry. The ability to produce high-precision metal components drives the development of safe, reliable and environmentally friendly aerosol products. Companies that invest in our technology are well positioned to meet the growing demands of the market while minimising their environmental impact. According to your individual requirements, we realise deep-drawn parts in a wide variety of geometries and quantities. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

You can also benefit from Euscher’s expertise, because where downstream machining is required elsewhere, we also produce complex geometries for the individual requirements of our customers in the aerosol industry in just one process. On request, it is of course also possible to fit the valve discs with the appropriate sealing rings directly after their production process so that subsequent production steps can start immediately after our delivery. Dimensions

Part heights of up to 90 mm with material thicknesses of 0.2 to 3.0 mm

Diameters down to 2.0 mm for small parts

Materials

Our production includes all steel, chrome-nickel and nickel-based alloys, packaging steel (tinplate) as well as aluminum, brass and copper alloys.

Selected base materials with painted or coated surfaces can also be processed. Products made from pre-painted or film-coated tapes provide customized corrosion protection in addition to an individual look.

Inverting

In simple terms, inverting can be described as forming in the opposite direction. It places the highest demands on the material used and requires specialized process expertise.

Integrated processes

Thread shape

Cross-punching

Side processing

Assembly

The assembly of components using various joining techniques rounds off our deep-drawing process as part of further processing.

Subsequent processes

Surface coating, heat treatment, parts cleaning, deburring, degreasing, cleaning, technical cleanliness (in-house cleanliness test), fine grinding, foiling, sorting...

Further post-processing on request.

Innovative products and processes for the aerosol industry

When it comes to precision deep-drawn metal parts and assemblies, Euscher has exceptional expertise. We have been proving our innovative strength and experience time and again for 100 years. We are also happy to develop individual products for you – or bring your specifications to series production in a structured manner.

Every large-scale production run is optimally tailored to your requirements. To achieve this, the Euscher team sometimes takes an unconventional technological approach: we can even produce highly complex geometries at high working speeds.

Creating new things together

As an experienced supplier to the aerosol industry, we are also happy to support you with your new developments. We are curious about your visions: Take advantage of our many years of experience in the industry at an early stage so that we can realise your ideas together! We work in partnership with you to develop the optimum solution – a cost-effective product of the highest quality that is ideally suited to the desired application.

You can expect a service that is reliably and specifically tailored to your requirements. We are happy to sound out the limits and, where possible, we will cross them for you.

To achieve this, we work hand in hand internally: In an integrated development process, our teams from sales, design, toolmaking, production and quality assurance get your innovations off the ground.
