Deep-drawn parts for white goods and consumer goods

Sector solutions for white goods and consumer goods

Whether sensor sleeves and retaining rings for the magnets on electric motors for washing machines, cookers, refrigerators, electronic toothbrushes or razors – high-quality precision deep-drawn metal parts are an innovative solution for manufacturers of white goods and consumer goods. Deep-drawing technology, a metal forming process in which a sheet of metal is drawn into a mould, enables the production of complex and precise shapes in a wide variety of dimensions. The technology offers numerous advantages for manufacturers and end users – from design flexibility to sustainability.

At Euscher, we are your thermoforming experts with years of experience as suppliers to manufacturers of white goods and electrical products for end consumers. We mass-produce high-quality precision deep-drawn parts exactly according to your individual requirements – at cost-effective conditions and with the best “Made in Germany” quality.

Deep-drawn parts for white goods and consumer goods – the advantages

Sustainability and environmental friendliness

It’s not just washing machines, fridges and the like that have to work ever more sustainably and efficiently – the same green footprint requirements also apply to the components used and their material properties. Metal deep-drawn parts offer an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic and are fully recyclable without any subsequent loss of quality or material properties.

Cost efficiency

The durability and robustness of precision deep-drawn parts reduces the need for frequent replacements or complaints. In addition, the efficiency of the thermoforming process enables the mass production of parts at a lower cost, which can lead to an overall reduction in production costs.

Design variety and dimensions

Our precision deep-drawn parts adapt to your requirements – and not the other way round. With our deep-drawing technology manufacturers, we offer high-quality components in exactly the shapes, designs and dimensions you need for your further production processes. The possibility of moulding metal into complex geometries using less material opens up new avenues for innovative consumer goods that will impress end consumers in the long term.

Longevity

Metal deep-drawn parts offer exceptional durability and robustness, ensuring that the devices and consumer goods you produce are protected from external influences such as pressure, temperature changes and moisture. This is particularly important for high-quality or sensitive products that need to function smoothly at all times.

White goods and consumer goods – a head start with deep-drawing technology

Deep-drawn parts offer a number of advantages to the electrical appliance industry and companies that manufacture (electronic) consumer goods. Our technology enables manufacturers to differentiate themselves in a highly competitive market and adapt flexibly to new requirements or specifications for innovative product development.

Benefit from Euscher’s expertise, because we have been manufacturing products such as sensor covers and retaining rings in complex geometries in a single process since the very beginning of the electrical appliance industry and realise deep-drawn parts in a wide range of geometries and quantities. And all this at relatively low and absolutely predictable costs.

Dimensions

Part heights of up to 90 mm with material thicknesses of 0.2 to 3.0 mm

Diameters down to 2.0 mm for small parts

Materials

Our production includes all steel, chrome-nickel and nickel-based alloys, packaging steel (tinplate) as well as aluminum, brass and copper alloys.

Selected base materials with painted or coated surfaces can also be processed. Products made from pre-painted or film-coated tapes provide customized corrosion protection in addition to an individual look.

Inverting

In simple terms, inverting can be described as forming in the opposite direction. It places the highest demands on the material used and requires specialized process expertise.

Integrated processes

Thread shape

Cross-punching

Side processing

Assembly

The assembly of components using various joining techniques rounds off our deep-drawing process as part of further processing.

Subsequent processes

Surface coating, heat treatment, parts cleaning, deburring, degreasing, cleaning, technical cleanliness (in-house cleanliness test), fine grinding, foiling, sorting...

Further post-processing on request.

Innovative components for consumer goods manufacturers

When it comes to precision deep-drawn metal parts and assemblies, Euscher has exceptional expertise. We have been proving our innovative strength and experience time and again for more than 90 years. We are also happy to develop customised products for you – or bring your specifications to series production in a structured manner.

Every large-scale production run is optimally tailored to your requirements. To achieve this, the Euscher team sometimes takes an unconventional technological approach: we can even produce highly complex geometries at high working speeds.

Creating new things together

As an experienced supplier for manufacturers of white goods and consumer goods, we would be happy to support you with your new developments. We are curious about your visions: Take advantage of our many years of experience in the industry at an early stage so that we can realise your ideas together! We work in partnership with you to develop the optimum solution – a cost-effective product of the highest quality that is ideally suited to the desired application.

You can expect a service that is reliably and specifically tailored to your requirements. We are happy to explore the limits of what is possible and, where possible, we will exceed them for you.

To achieve this, we work hand in hand internally: In an integrated development process, our teams from sales, design, toolmaking, production and quality assurance get your innovations off the ground.
