Hello, my name is Tyler Knust. I’m from Chicago Illinois and I`m studying in sports management at College Of Dupage.
This is my first time visting Germany. I started my intership here at Euscher last month getting an experience of the different types of tools and machines and I also created dice made of steel and copper at the mechanical engeineering department.
Once I finished up my experience with mechanical engineering I got to experience the sales, purchasing, and marketing departments. The sales department can be really tough at times because of the different requirements they need to meet. However, I got to send some invoices over which was pretty cool. In the purchasing department, I got to help identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to meet the company´s requirements. In the marketing deparment I got to learn about the different types and stratigies to help the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
I got to go to a couple of Arminia games during my time here and I also went to Berlin for the DFB-Pokal Final. The experience of that was amazing even though the outcome of the game was a disappointment.
